Photography of the nose

A standardized and uniform color photograph, which is taken before and after the surgery, is as important for the nose surgeon as radiographs for the orthopedist or electrocardiograms for the cardiologist.

Photo simulations (computer imaging) of the lateral view of the nose are technically easier. Simulations of the front view are more difficult and not always of adequate quality. Computer Imaging can give you a sense of how your nose will look after the surgery. It is important to know that this simulation forms the basis for the consultation, in order to bring the patient’s expectations in agreement with what is possible surgically. The simulation cannot be seen as a “product warranty”.
